What is the typical timeline for publishing a book?
Unlike with large publishing houses where publishing can take up to two years, the standard time for publishing a book is between 3 and 5 months, although this can vary depending on how quickly you provide feedback and approvals.
Who retains copyright of my book?
You retain 100% copyright and ownership of your book. This full control is a distinctive feature of our service, giving you complete control to sale and distribute your books in the way that you best see fit.
Do I receive free copies of my book?
While you can order as many copies of your book as needed, all copies are provided at cost price. This means you only pay for the actual printing cost, plus shipping, handling, and taxes of the books you order.
How do I receive royalties for my book?
Your royalties are directly deposited into the account of your choice each month. EPW does not split any royalties with you. Your earnings are net of any fees charged by the sales platform like Amazon or Barnes & Noble.
Do I have to purchase ISBNs?
You will not need to purchase any ISBNs. We will take care of handling this for you. If you have already purchased ISBNs and you would like us to use them, we accommodate this as well.
Who gets to make final decisions for my book?
You are 100% in control of the entire process from beginning to end. Are final decisions rest with you. As a joint creative project, we will give our feedback, but all final decisions rest with you, the author.
